Who This App Is For

Block Blast: Puzzle Games is designed for a mixed audience of players aged 9 and above — including older children, teens, and adults. The game contains no violence, adult content, or mature themes.

Because our audience includes children aged 9–12 (who are under 13 in the United States), we take additional steps to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations. These are described throughout this policy.

Data Collection

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information ourselves. Block Blast: Puzzle Games does not require an account, login, or registration of any kind.

The following is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to our servers:

• Game progress and high scores for each mode
• App settings (sound, background music, haptics)

The only external data collection occurs through Google AdMob, our advertising partner, described in detail below.

Ad Formats

Types of Ads in the App

Block Blast: Puzzle Games uses two AdMob ad formats:

• Banner ads — displayed at the bottom of the game screen during gameplay.
• Rewarded ads — optional video ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards (extra moves, power-ups). These are only shown when you explicitly choose to watch them.

We do not use interstitial ads that interrupt gameplay without player action. All ads are reviewed by Google to meet content standards appropriate for our audience.

Third Parties

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We do not share data with third parties except:

• Google AdMob — as described above, subject to child-directed restrictions where applicable.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or government authority.

The app includes a "More Games" link to the Google Play Store. Tapping it opens the Play Store in your browser; no personal data is transmitted as part of that navigation.

Children's Privacy

Children Under 13 (COPPA Compliance)

Block Blast: Puzzle Games is intentionally designed for players as young as 9. We take the following steps to protect users under 13:

• We do not directly collect any personal information from any user, including children.
• AdMob is configured with child-directed treatment to disable personalized advertising and limit data collection for younger users.
• The app has no account creation, user-generated content, chat, or social features.
• Ad content is filtered to be age-appropriate for our audience.
• The app works entirely offline — no data is sent to our servers during gameplay.

Data Retention

How Long Data Is Kept

Local game data (scores, settings) is kept on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data through device settings. We cannot access this data.

AdMob data is retained by Google per their own data retention policies. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Your Rights

Privacy Rights & Controls

All users can reset or opt out of ad tracking at any time through device settings as described above.

EU / EEA users (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, requests relating to ad data should be directed to Google. Contact us if you need assistance.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. Google's CCPA disclosures apply to AdMob-collected data.

Parents (on behalf of children under 13): You may contact us to request information about data practices affecting your child, or to request deletion of any data.

Security

Data Security

Because Block Blast: Puzzle Games does not transmit personal data to our own servers, the risk of a breach on our end is minimal. Local game data is protected by your device's own security model (file-system permissions and device encryption).

AdMob-collected data is protected by Google's industry-standard security infrastructure.

Updates

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or advertising practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
